Sneaky Saturday Morning Throwdown

Got to check out Box HQ today which was awesome and throwdown with a couple of beasts there.

Nath Beves (2oth in the open) and Luke Richmond (52nd)

WOD was

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5… 10

Power Snatch @70kg

with one round of “Cindy” (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) in between

Time: around 16minutes

 

Then later in the afternoon hit up CrossFit R for a bit of lifting.

WOD 2

15min to establish a 1rm clean and jerk

Hit 120 super easy then missed twice at 135 (3kg pr), probably shouldn’t have jumped 15kg after 120 haha

then

20rm back squat

127kg
