Power Snatch @70kg
with one round of “Cindy” (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats) in between
Time: around 16minutes
Then later in the afternoon hit up CrossFit R for a bit of lifting.

15min to establish a 1rm clean and jerk
Hit 120 super easy then missed twice at 135 (3kg pr), probably shouldn’t have jumped 15kg after 120 haha
