Big day today. Jon actually beat me in a WOD for once.

LAME!

Also rope climbs suck.

26/4/13

Every minute on the minute for 20min

Even: 3 Deadlifts @150kg

Odd: 5 Muscle Ups

then

3 rounds for time

10 back squats @80kg

3 rope climbs

then

10min AMRAP

7 swings @40kg

15 hang cleans @50kg

20 HR push ups
